How to Remove BMW E92 Cup Holders

The following how to guide covers removing and refitting E92 driver's and passenger's cup holders.

The steps below should apply to all E90, E91, E92 and E93 vehicles.

Tools Required

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Trim puller

Step 1

Using your trim puller (or flat head screw driver wrapped in a cloth) remove the cup holder trim.

Step 2

Unscrew the 4x Phillips head screws retaining the cup holders, that should allow you to just slide them out. I took the opportunity to give them and the surrounding area a quick clean too.

Step 3

Refitting is just a reversal of steps 1 and 2, just make sure to get the cup holders the correct way up.
